T. T. "Mitch" Mitchell is president of T. T. Mitchell Consulting, Inc, based in the Syracuse, NY area. He has performed seminars on leadership, diversity, and other business related topics as they pertain to people since 2001. Author of the leadership and management book, Embrace The Lead, he has also created a set of live seminars titled Keys To Leadership, and has developed other products related to employee issues. He is an executive coach, healthcare finance consultant, and internet marketing strategist, and he writes two free newsletters.

Mr. Mitchell is a two term president of the Mid York Medical Accounts Management Association, which is the New York state chapter of the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management, and is still on its board of directors and publishes the organization’s newsletter. He serves as a member of the board of directors for ARISE Inc, an organization which assists those with physical and developmental disabilities in living independently within the local community, and is currently the Finance Committee chairman. He is a member of the Healthcare Finance Management Association, the Syracuse chapter of the American Society of Training and Development, the Professional Consultant's Association of Central New York, where he is not only a member of the board, but the webmaster of their website and the publisher of their newsletter. He is a member of the Greater Syracuse Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Liverpool Chamber of Commerce, the Mid York Medical Management Association and is listed as a consultant with the National Minority Aids Council.
