Creating Team Synergy: Tips for Boosting Cooperation by Building Trust

Does your team run like a well oiled machine? When the oil pressure in your car is low, a warning light flashes and a
buzzer sounds, which warns you stop the engine immediately—or risk severely damaging your engine. Just as oil keeps an engine running, trust
between team members is critical to create synergy, improve collaboration, and increase productivity.
In this audio conference, Mike Weaver and Robin Starr, co-founders of The Group Mind, will teach you the keys to building trust among your team
members.
|
Learning Objectives:
- Examine five gut level questions about trust that each team member needs to ask him or herself regularly.
- Determine the level of trust on your team.
- Discover the tools necessary to increase trust and create synergy.
