Mike Dulworth is the Chairman and CEO of Executive Networks, Inc. (www.executivenetworks.com). Before acquiring Executive Networks in late 2003, Mike was Vice President of Learning Services at The Concours Group. Prior to that, Mike was a Founder and CEO of Learning Technologies Group, Inc. Mike has also held positions at The Conference Board, Sirota & Alper Associates and the U.S. General Accounting Office. Mike is the author, co-author or a contributor to seven books on executive development, learning, and high-performance organizations.
His most recent book is The Connect Effect: Building Strong Personal, Professional and Virtual Networks (Berrett-Koehler, 2008). Mike has a BA from the University of Michigan and an MPA, with a concentration in organizational behavior, from the University of Southern California.
