Billy Arcement, MEd. President The Results Group
Billy Arcement, MEd., is a businessman who believes that positive results happen when there is personal and organizational accountability. A full-time professional speaker, leadership consultant, and author, he is quickly becoming the speaker of choice for many organizations. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his clients and to the platform. He blends his teaching and coaching skills and his insights gained from 27 years of senior corporate management experiences into content rich presentations. During his 25 years of speaking experience, Billy has spoken to government and economic leaders in The People’s Republic of China, to world-wide business leaders in Hong Kong and to business and education leaders throughout the United States.
He received his BS in Physical Education and Science and taught Chemistry, Biology, and General Science. He also coached football, basketball and track at the high school level for six years. He earned his MEd. with a major in Administration and Supervision and also completed 36 additional hours of post graduate studies with an emphasis on Counseling.
For 32 years, Billy worked in the chemical industry in a variety of management positions. During his tenure, he developed and managed the quality process that included helping his company achieve ISO 9002 certification. He was also certified as a lead auditor for the ISO system. Billy oversaw the development of exemplary corporate environmental and safety programs. He also initiated and managed the first corporate technical / customer service process for his company’s global client base for 20 years.
Billy writes nationally published articles on management, education and success principles. He authored, Searching for Success, a book praised for the practical and challenging messages it contains, now published internationally in seven foreign countries. His newest book, Journeying on Holy Ground, is due out in March 2008. He is also a contributing author to the anthologies, Rekindling the Human Spirit and Brother’s Together.
