Helen Wilkie has been a professional speaker, workshop leader, consultant and writer since 1990. She speaks at conferences across North America, as well as in-house for corporations, professional firms, government departments and associations. Helen is an active member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers, and past editor of its newsletter. Her area of expertise, as well as her passion, is communication in the workplace, and she has published hundreds of articles and several books on this subject, the most recent being "The Hidden Profit Center --- a tale of profits lost and found through communication". She is a graduate of the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland.
