Glenn Rupert has ten years of senior-level coaching and fifteen years of human resources consulting experience. He currently divides his time evenly between consulting, training, facilitation, and executive coaching. His coaching and consulting assignments—with individuals and teams—taps his expertise in process analysis with a focus on tactical interventions to achieve strategic results. Glenn has provided coaching for senior-level executives to address strategy, behavior, and organizational culture issues. This coaching experience has included the following positions: CEO, COO, CFO, CIO, CSO (Chief Strategy Officers), Vice Presidents, and Executive Directors in a number of different industries, including non-profits and academia as well as Fortune 500 companies. Glenn has also worked with executives to facilitate negotiations during labor union crises.

Glenn began his career in corporate human resources positions and gained valuable line experience over the course of ten years. After a series of promotions to a senior human resources position at Florida Rock Industries, he started his career as an external consultant to Fortune 500 companies such as: Cisco Systems, Ford Motor Company, McDonalds (Hamburger University) GlaxoSmithkline, Raytheon, Avaya, Wackenhut (Nuclear Security Services), Eastern Maine Medical Center, Caterpillar, Randstad, Genentech, Harley-Davidson, and Home Depot.

Glenn has also provided functional technology consulting at Harvard and Creighton Universities. He trains manager level coaching courses, and senior level coaching certification classes across many different industries. Glenn holds an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Radford University, and a B.A. in Psychology and Philosophy from Lenoir-Rhyne College. He has served as adjunct faculty at Duke University. He is known for his ability to drive his coaching clients to a deeper understanding of themselves to achieve sustainable, lasting change. He resides in Raleigh, NC with his wife and 3 children.
