Briefings Audio Conference
Expanding the Talent Pool

The employee talent shortage is almost here as the baby boomers—those born between 1946 and 1964—begin to retire in droves over the next couple of years. Start preparing for the talent shortage now by expanding your pool of qualified job candidates. A great way to do that is to focus your recruiting efforts on three key demographics:
Attracting Young Talent
- Recruiting Workers with Disabilities
- Tapping into Retirees
|
Learning Objectives:
-
Recruit entry-level college graduates.
- Identify what makes young workers tick.
- Become an employer of choice for Gen X and Gen Y workers.
- Improve your recruiting staples: Career Fairs, Info Sessions and Job Postings.
- Debunk the myths and realities of hiring workers with disabilities.
- Recognize where to recruit workers with disabilities and retired workers
- Avoid age and/or disability discrimination claims.
- Slam shut the revolving door of retirement and keep your workers.
