How to Fire/Terminate Employees - And Stay Out of Legal Trouble

Co-Sponsored By: Thompson Interactive
One of the most difficult -- and necessary -- tasks an HR or line manager must face is giving criticism, disciplining or terminating an employee. There is a “right” way to face this challenge, which meets the company’s goals and preserves the employee’s rights and dignity, all while reducing the threat of expensive law suits.
Learn how to prepare and follow through with approaches and clear procedures that will reduce the likelihood of litigation while maintaining the integrity of your role when you attend this 90-minute, interactive audio conference.
Your speaker, Jodie-Beth Galos, Esq., SPHR, is one of the most noted speakers in the nation on issues including how to safely and sanely preserve company rights in a business climate with an increasingly litigious workforce. She’s experienced in the balancing act of generating profits while meeting the complex challenges of employment law.
