We will reflect on your individual needs, as well as those and the needs of your organization, and how these factors tie into leadership as it is defined today. We will then determine a workable definition for the term “leadership” and set personal and professional leadership goals for each attendee and their organizations/companies. Our speaker will provide personal anecdotes as well as information and research from a variety of sources supporting leadership development as it is defined today.
