When developing communication skills for leaders, it is essential to first understand yourself as well as others, and to realize the impact your personal behavior has on others.
Join us for a 90-minute audio conference as we explore the four primary behavioral dimensions. We will then discuss personality traits and behavioral issues as they relate to the four main behavioral styles. Finally we will address how to effectively communicate, motivate and modify the behavior of individuals of each style.
