Bruce Lee is President of Encore Seven Inc., founded in partnership with his wife Toni. His passion is working with organizations on implementing employee professional and career development processes and improving customer service.

In business, Bruce Lee gained valuable marketing and sales experience as manager for the VISA credit card operation of a major bank, and in the oil and gas industry as a marketing representative for a fully integrated oil company. He was an executive recruitment consultant, prior to launching a retail food and gas convenience store business. He helped launch a training company in 1990 and grew it to an international operation with a team of 8 speakers, 16 staff and sales in the low 7 figure range.
