Briefings Audio Conference
Managing Workplace Conflict Who Are These People - and why are they Driving Me Crazy?

When people are unable to resolve workplace conflict, playing the ‘blame game’ is a common substitute for real attempts at resolution. Have you ever walked past the water cooler and heard someone muttering, “If it just wasn’t for her,” or “his bad attitude,” or “that little group” – this place would be great! Blame and finger pointing is a common - but deadly- first response to workplace conflict.
Join us for a 90 minute audio conference as we will show leaders and managers how to assertively engage each other to artfully resolve conflict and transform disputes into opportunities for creativity and innovation.
"Happiness is but a state of mind, and any time you want you can cross the state line”. Bob Dylan – Waitin for You
