The author of the classic on persuasive public speaking, "You've Got To Be Believed To Be Heard," he also founded and built the $10 million international communication training company, Decker Communications, Inc. Bert Lives in San Francisco with his wife, Dru Scott Decker, who is also an author and speaker.
